I can't take you seriously because you aren't allowing people to state an opinion without attacking them. And you hardly dragged me sis, so there you go.

But shouldn't these people have to live the rest of their lives thinking about how monstrous their actions were?
I think that would prove a point a lot better than just snuffing them!

But they show no remorse in the first place by doing it. What makes you think they're going to regret their mistakes afterwards?

oh, but i thought you said you couldnt take me seriously because i posted "lollll?" and now it's because i won't let people have their opinion? oh okay. so i guess you changed your mind. what if the first statement were true and then it was decided you were to be put to death for not taking me seriously for "lolll" and then, after you were dead, it was discovered you actually couldnt take me seriously because i wouldnt let people have their opinions?
#oop, too late, right? cause you were put to death before the truth actually come out.
in any case, people can have their opinions, and i can have mine. it's called discussion. i'm providing facts and supplementing it with my own opinion, which has been deduced from the......yes, that's right, facts.
furthermore, yes, you were dragged because you literally contradicted yourself in the span of one sentence and i simply called attention to it.

Humans don't need to eat meat to survive.
Next.
It's not in our biological or physiological make up to hunt prey and eat it.
We aren't carnivores or omnivores by nature.
Hence why most animals have claws or teeth or some defense mechanism designed to stalk and kill to survive, while Humans are typically weak in comparison physically and make up for what we lack in that respect in intelligence. By all means if you want to test this, go to some African sahara and try to hunt and kill a buffalo with your bare hands and teeth. But, I'm just telling you now, you're not built for it.

The facts on this case are different in every country with every governing law.

Except people like the Aurora shooter don't see it that way. He looked happy in court, even on the verge of laughter. Completely unapologetic. I feel that jail is useless for people like that because they never learn the lesson. It's always a joke. Why keep them in jail and waste space?
I see your point though. The death penalty can be an "easy way out" for some people, but for certain others...I can see why it would be considered.

Your argument would make more sense if 1.) You didn't type like a 12 year old and 2.) If 100% foolproof justice systems existed.
But, I'm sure you're going to tell me how no one's ever been wrongly convicted because then that would mean, *gasp*, our court system might just be faulty as well.
The only argument you have is that the death penalty is irreversible save the foolproof mess for idiots.

I think that by knowing they will have to endure the prison life until the end of time they will eventually regret it but HEY! That's just me. Murder is a crime, just like hijacking a car, robbery, etc. Except on a much larger scale. Are you saying that every person who has ever committed driving drunk or any other crime never regretted it later just because they did it in the first place?

Silly argument, my house cat can't take down a buffalo but that doesn't make her any less of a carnivore lol

The change of tack. Death penalty advocates really do know how to pick and choose which points to recognise and which to completely disregard.

Don't even try and twist my words like that. I am talking specifically about mas murderers, serial killers and terrorists.

how does this make any sense? didn't i literally just say that the system isn't 100% foolproof?
and why do people take issue with how i type? since i choose not to capitalize the content somehow changes? aside from a lack of upper case letters & an infamous "loll," i see no grammatical errors.
tbh, i dont even know what you're trying to say. you didnt even finish typing the second paragraph, as it seems a few words are missing.
finally, the last sentence has no punctuation, so i don't know where the first sentence ends and the second begins.
who is the 12 year old girl again? (also, you're ageist and sexist for that)

Let's talk about how almost every other developed country has abolished the DP except the US

Once again, I see your point, but drunk drivers are completely different from mass murderers. They're not even comparable. Drunk drivers are more likely to show remorse for their crime. You have to be borderline psychotic to go to a public place and shoot/kill innocent kids and adults.
