This should have stayed in it's rightful spot as 2nd single. It's totally weird and insanely catchy. The lyrics are crazy but you can understand them unlike Applause + people would be singing 'VENUS!' nonstop. What's really crazy is we haven't even heard the best part yet (chorus & pre-chorus) and I KNOW this would have done better than DWUW could ever imagine.

Maybe I'm being completely deluded and I don't really care, this song is perfect.

I really like Venus a lot. The best way to describe it is it's a hybrid between an ABBA & Daft Punk song. I can see it being a theme song for those cheaply made 70's Sci-Fi TV shows.

For me it's the HML of ARTPOP. No doubly Venus would be the perfect opening song for the ARTPOP ball
