Hilarie = More movies and One Tree Hill.

Quiddus = Dunno, likely producing something.

Vanessa = Will continue to do Entertainment Tonight, other entertainment-news shows, and modeling. Then she has a part in Fantastic 4 and could do other movies if she chooses post TRL.

Damien = Hosting more MTV events/shows or whatever he wants. I consider him to be one of the best VJs on that show. In some ways he's far better then Carson.

Susie = Dunno. Modeling or being part of some Entertainment news show at least.

Carson = Still doing his Last Call talk show until he is cancelled or moved into another talk show. After that he could do radio.
My big dream is that he would come back to MTV and either revive TRL back to the way it used to be or start up another video countdown that actually counts the votes and presents the most voted videos immedeatly on the next countdown/show.

TRL was a flagship show for MTV and still to this day is somewhat. While MTV has gone far beyond Music anymore, I think that TRL was there only dose of music on the channel, excluding MTV2 (which still doesn't reach as many people as MTV would want). But I think we are going to witness the new generation of a TRL styles showed. While it probably will be completely different, it will have similarities, and will once again be a flagship show for MTV for the future. But this is just my theory wait and see what happens.

Are you crazy? Pop is the thing that caused this problem in the first place. The same artists dominating gets annoying. Sorry Luis, it's true. I know I hate on JT and Xtina a lot but you know it's true. Them dominating is turning people away because they get sick of it.

This bitching about the VJ's is annoying. If anything, it's not their fault at all. LAME. Anyways, Mike, pop did not ruin TRL. Perhaps back in the day when it was either band/boy band on top, some people didn't like it either. Sure it had more viewers, as it was a new show, but realistically, although they don't show the music videos for long enough, it's still a decent show (I mean really, most of you have seen the clips more than enough times to have to wait all day to see the whole thing on TRL).

Again, even if they do show the whole video, it might still not save the show. I don't think it's the VJs fault either at all.....but their antics gotta change a bit. First of all, stop with the stupid games like JoJo folding clothes on TV. Second, they need more of a variety. Get some country, techno or even Europop on and maybe it will be fixed. TRL shouldn't be only about Pop/Hip-Hop/R&b/Rap and very little rock..... (needs to be more of the latter)

Oh and yes, change the Timeslot too to 5 PM.

Often times they go with wut's most popular, which is wut most of America wants to see. Do realize that most Americans aren't as saavy about music as we are on this board...informed more or less.

I care less if TRL got canceled ever since Ciara and Game fell off I gave up on watching it, it didn't seem interesting to me anymore because there is not enough urban music on there if there was I would watch it more but since it doesn't I could care less about TRL.

I watched TRL today for the first time in a while and I can totally see why it's being canceled. It's complete garbage now.

They've spent half the show doing this stupid "TRL Date-off" including people lining up on the "TRL Butt Board" and getting randomly picked for dates.

It's just embarrassing to watch crap like that. It makes you wonder what high ranking exec sat in an office, dreamed this up and said.."AHHH YES, THE TRL BUTT BOARD, THAT WILL HELP OUR STRUGGLING RATINGS!!!"

It's just ridiculous. Time that could have been spent showing videos/debuting new artists, has been spent on utter crap.
