The gap between the Pepsi commercial and the release of this will be so big, that I feel like it will hinder it's performance. People will hear the beginning and just be "Oh,that song. I've already heard that." and then tune out. So, unless this gets a lot of promo, I see it being a flop.

It should have shortly been placed on iTunes.

Her team made the right decision. This song would've performed somewhere along the lines of Run the World (Girls). Standing On the Sun should've been released instead.
