Kinda like a basketball bracket tournament, preliminaries, quarter-finals, then finals, then winner.
Each deck needs 40 cards, if you don't have enough you have to rent a deck ( ¥2 per rent card). You have to return your rent cards at the end of the tournament.
¥70 cost to enter tournament. Winner + (runner-up maybe) of the tournament receives all the ¥'s
I am planning the tournament to be 2 hours long, with each player has to make a move every 10 minutes, if you don't your turn is skipped.
More info later as I have to be certain that it's doable.
Also your deck of 40 decks is drawn out and numbered 1-40, I assign which card is to which number, then you pick the number to draw.
