Romeo + Juliet, Australia, Moulin Rouge! all got hyped from the source material but did fairly moderate at the box-office (they were moderate success, but nowhere near big or huge).
The Great Gatsby could do some impact, but judge form the release date (
sandwich between two blockbuster juggernauts, Iron Man 3 on May 3 and Star Trek Into Darkness on May 17. )
and the lukewarm buzz from the media and social media. The path to big success for the Great Gatsby will be a fairly hard one.
Anyway, hopefully the song can stand on its own!
the one in the trailer must be either the first chorus, or the intro of the song because the new snippet has more production.
