But I find this with other songs as well. Even stuff like We Belong Together, Let Me Love You by Mario, etc, which did poorly on iTunes in the US (and were carried by airplay), they did brilliant on UK iTunes.

I wouldn't say Mariah did poorly on iTunes given her album was selling a bunch week by week and the state of downloads at the time.
