Beyoncé isn't local. I voted Kelly Clarkson because her recent success has been mostly from US. But the only local pop girl is Ke$ha, and she's not on that list.
lmao u CANT deny that shes global ...her album sales are certainly not bad cause she manages to sell at least 3m + copies WW per era and her best selling album is at 9m+ ..and not to mention her global singles success
imo the most local artists are Taylor Swift, Kelly C and Kesha
the most global on the other hand are Rihanna and Gaga
