The Heinrich Maneuver scoring the #1 position in just its fourth week on the chart. That of course ends another NYC band,
The Bravery, and their run at the top after just one week. This is Interpol's first time at the pinnacle, besting the #4 peak of
Narc in 2005.
The top 10 remains pretty exciting as
Amy Winehouse and
Shiny Toy Guns continue to post robust gains. Further down the chart, pop heavyweights such as
Kelly Clarkson,
Rihanna and
Justin Timberlake all see brisk movement, while up and coming rockers
Tokyo Police Club lead a charge of mighty rack alongside
