I believe that was the point sis: the song is stalling on Urban and they want to milk this song for all it's worth. This remix wasn't necessarily needed as the song would go #1 on the Hot100 without it but maybe they wanted to guarantee a #1 this week because this version was already released to iTunes so it will add extra sales to the original's total until Sunday when the sales tracking week ends. Also, they're playing the new Billboard game and making sure she'll break some kind of record for most week atop the R&B/Hip-Hop chart. I'm fine with all of this and also with this remix; I really like Kanye and he adds an extra thing to the song that makes it even better imo.
I was so not expecting this as well, totally caught off guard lool.
