But there's still a huge population of white latin americans who never got mixed. Especially in Argentina and Uruguay. Obviously most of white looking latinos are mixed, but not all of them.

Not necessarily. Anywhere in the world people consider me white, including Latin America, but I'm still also considered Latin American because Latin American is not just one race.
