I have to be honest, the overall score is a bit too high in my opinion. Katy might be bad but Britney is far worse. Sure she doesn't care about fashion very much but that doesn't mean you can't be presentable and put together in public. Between her ratty extensions and her prehistoric Uggs, she almost comes off unclean. The thing is, Britney has never really been a fashion favorite, once wearing an atrocious denim gown on a red carpet.
I will give credit when it's due and lately Britney has been looking a lot more presentable. But even then, her best is really just cute and nothing spectacular. I think as she matures, she's starting to have a better understanding of being presentable and I hope she keeps it up.
