I don't think so, it's just what I get for ordering from the US, it usually takes at least 10 days for mail from overseas to arrive here

+1. The last album I ordered from the US (Stronger) arrived 4 days after the release date.

What does the booklet look like? Are there lyrics? Pictures?

same for me, I've never received an US preorder in time for the release

I only have the digital booklet for now but it has comic-like illustrations of the band in the style of the album cover as well as the lyrics.

Over all very pleased with this album. I like it much better then Dirty Work (still thought it was a great album though)
The only song I am not fond of is "The Irony of Choking On A Lifesaver"
Idk I kept waiting for it to pick up and go hard but it never did

I fully agree! the first half seems stronger to me than the second, although not by much. the album is really good overall and consistent, there's not one song I don't enjoy. they delivered a classic ATL smash

I pre ordered it from a local record store, they ordered the albums from Hopeless Records and will ship it to us for free.
they now have the booklets but the CDs are yet to be shipped.

same here, the mailman delivered something to our neighbors across the street today and I was basically praying for him to come to my house as well but he didn't I hate Merchnow and their slow ass shipping

on a positive note, there's a cover story about All Time Low in the UK mag Rock Sound, I scanned it because I think it's a pretty interesting article (they talk about why they left Interscope/how bad they treated them and the new album, mainly)
