i wouldnt be mad if rih pass mariah for #1s because records are meant to be broken but i dont think rih will have the title "QUeen of #1s" because MC was the first female artist to have 14 in a decade. she got that title in the 90s.

This. Mariahs had more impact even the biggest radio song of all time. Even Beyonce has spent more weeks at #1 than Rih so the title wont be as....big as it may seem.

Are you stupid? DC #1's doesn't count as Beyoncé. She wasn't alone in that group.
Well yeah,she most likely will.But Mariah did it when it was a lot more difficult and will remain the only one to get 18 #1s with,ahem, writing and other credits so not like it says much.
