I can only imagine how it is in some of these Asian countries.

I don't think you know what the Indonesian government is like. Like, you are aware it's a democratic republic, right? And has been working in tandem with the United States for over 30 years? Their government is rather similar to ours, actually.

They're not exactly progressive, but they don't support these radical Islamist groups. They've been trying to eliminate them ever after 9/11.
