Oh and the Economics class I picked up this semester. The teacher practically gives us answers on the test. The last 2 tests we took were open book/study guide.

It'll probably be different at your school, but for me the class wasn't hard. It's a TON of bookwork, and you do have to study to do well on your tests. DBQ's are soo boring and repetitive, but you get really good at bs-ing the hell out of them. And I think your World Studies teacher is probably right, I haven't taken the AP exam yet, but everyone's told me that it's a waste of money. Even my APUSH teacher said that we shouldn't go into the exam thinking we're going to pass it just because we made an A in her class

I'm in Grade 10 so I still take the mandatory courses. Canadian also.

This semester I had;

PE: 95
Eng: 93
Socials: 100
Planning: 95

My mark in English probably went down a lot because our exams are worth 20%. I know I aced the Reading Comprehension and I was hella feelin myself doing the first essay and then when I got to the conclusion I realized I only had 30 minutes left to write an entire other essay worth 30% of the Exam. Ugh. And it's the mark that appears on my Transcripts.

But I aced the Socials Essay and Multiple choice for the exam. I got a 98 mark on that final. And I didn't have to do my planning Exam because we had scheduling difficulties due to the weather.

I have French, Art, Science and Math starting Monday. I'm only really nervous for Math because I had *****s for teachers last year.

Exam? The only thing closest I can think of are the End of Courses, which are mandatory.

Take it. I can recommend you a prep book, if you want. I thought the exam was relatively easy when I took it two years ago.

If you pass an AP exam, you may receive college units or may be exempted from certain classes in college. However, this varies among different universities.

An AP Exam is needed to get the college credit I believe.

I wouldn't worry about Junior year if I were you. It's definitely manageable. I'm taking 3 AP classes this semester, and my head still hasn't exploded.

It's mad formulas and ****. (for the mechanics part)
But when it comes to the rest, it's all conceptual but alot of math forumlas too.
Electricity has about at least 10 formulas lmao.

Lol, I might try to do Pre-Cal on my own over the summer and then take AP Cal but I'm not sure yet.

AP Test are rigged though, they are designed for you to fail.
