I disagree. It's not about working with new people, it's about working with talented people that can produce a fresh sound. Danja and Bloodshy know how to create forward-thinking music with Britney Spears. Both producers have a symbiotic relationship with Britney Spears, as opposed to a producer like Dr. Luke or even Max Martin, where it's more about the producer, and not the artist. Danja and Bloodshy work with Spears and that's needed to "create her Ray Of Light."

oh I agree with you 100% but Madonna was 39/40 when ROL came out. Brit is just now turning 30. Now that doesn't mean Brit can't make a ROL album at 30 bc she definitely could.

I don't think Britney is the type of artist to release anything like Ray of Light. She knows her fanbase very, very well, which is why every album she releases is considered nearly perfect by her fans. She is a fun, pop, dance music artist.

That's why I asked "When?" in the OP

Personally my answer is when she'll be around 35.

Besides, if she ever gonna release a revealing album related to her breakdown, she needs to do it soon enough, otherwise the public will just forget about it.

It'd be nice if it was her next record in something like 2014..

but I don't wanna wait 2 years for a new Britney album... I'd rather have another FF than critical acclaim and public acceptance.
