Well what is the definition of "popstar".

If we are talking about a hit maker with chart success, sales, etc. I would say the the current biggest is Rihanna.

If by "popstar" we mean that aspects such as name recognition, cultural impact, image/brand are included in the ranking, then the biggest popstar is undeniably Lady Gaga.
