I think she could. Just because her songs aren't doing anything right now doesn't mean she can't get a #1 anymore. If she promoted Countdown right and everything was handled right and they released the original music video with more choreography in it, it would've done better. But she became pregnant and she dropped everything. If she wasn't pregnant, she would've performed Countdown and Party @ the VMAs and they would shoot into the top 10 on iTunes like Love On Top did when she performed it.
