Trained? Bey & MJ were "trained" if you put it that way ... What's the difference? They both started as kids & grew up with strict parents who were probably more serious about their career than them.
Talent is something you're born with ... thats something that can be emphasized only, not trained like a damn animal.

Beyonce is up there, we don't need her to be on "par with Michael Jackson" to know that. Beyonce has already crafted a place in history as one of the greatest performers ever and in the future ppl will be asking is so and so artist on the same par as Beyonce when it comes to performing.

Aren't you a MJ's stan? He was strained like anybody and his goal was to perform and to dance as good as James Brown.

But to answer the question, she doesn't have to be MJ, she is Beyoncé and that is more than enough.
