I don't see why this thread had to be dedicated to the Navy. I know of one certain Stanbase in particular that I would be more than happy to talk about their stupid ass stans "Characteristics".

I'd say 95% of The BeyHive hates Rihanna and vice versa for The Navy! We really don't know who starts the trolling but one thing for sure is that both stan bases troll......A LOT!

I noticed that the Rihanna Navy is often labeled as illiterate when most of them are from foreign countries. Maybe a lot of Navy members struggle to comprehend and construct proper English because it's indeed their second or third language. Maybe their "delusion" of considering Rihanna to be bigger and more successful than the likes of Bey and more "talented" artist stems from the fact that Rihanna may indeed be bigger, more successful, and considered to be more talented in the country they reside in. Everyone knows 99% of the topics discussed on this forum are opinionated and completely subjective. I think it's pretty ignorant to label an entire group of people as delusional based on their opinions on non-factual statements.
By the way, I'm a Rihanna fan and I'm not gay, delusional, nor illiterate so that idea is null and void.
I think the proper conclusion would be: Considering the fact that stanbases are composed of many individuals with different personalities, it is pretty much impossible to conclude that they have certain characteristics. We're all going to encounter those in the same fanbase that have like qualities, but you're going to find just as many if not more with different characteristics. Generalization in itself is very ignorant. I honestly don't consider myself to be anything like most of the other Navy members on here. We just so happen to have similar tastes in music and share some interests; however, that doesn't necessarily equal us having the same personal characteristics and personality traits.

I think i've come across like 4 or 5 Rihanna stans on this board that make fun of other stan bases or posters who don't have good grammar.
But I agree with your second paragraph. There are dumb ass, cocky, arrogant, intelligent etc. posters in every stanbase.

I honestly think that idea is ignorant period. I don't care if it's the Navy, BeyHive, Monsters, Brit-Bots, etc. It's stupid considering the fact that this is an international forum. This is coming from someone who's pet peeve is poor grammar. I would expect more of a person that I know whose primary language is English, but considering the fact that many people on here come from foreign countries, why judge their intelligence because of a poorly constructed sentence? Why judge them period? This is a online forum... not a dissertation.
