Nicki's not trying to do Gaga, it's so not like Gaga.
Gaga usually has something artistic and very fashion-y, all kind of goes together.. Nicki slayed us all with her eccentricity and gave us a good laugh. She looks like a massive mess, yes, but it's a good mess cause that's pretty much what she went for.

JoJo looked fine, actually. She looked the best, but my personal favorite is Nicki, cause I laughed and just had to go "THAT'S MY BITCH!"
Please, Katy has always stuck to a food theme for each album; OOTB was fruits and TD is sweets. Katy also wore a banana dress to the 2008 VMA's so by your logic, that means Gaga must've copied her with the meat dress.
