It's better if you quote me when you make senseless remarks on what I have to say. And since you don't think it's out of the question that Katy is as successful as Rihanna, please direct me towards her Grammy's and tour grosses please. Last time I checked she performed in LA for three or four nights and didnt't even bank a million altogether. And it's not farfetched to say that Katy won't ever be on Rih's level because even withh all this recent "success" she's not winning Grammy's, selling a great deal of albums, or performing in huge arenas.
And like I said, it was never my intent to come in here to demean Katy's accomplishments, but when people say stuff like "Katy is bigger than Rihanna" it lights my fuse.

You need to learn what "troll" means. I am stating facts. Gaga has sold 1.7 million copies in three months with one #1 single (I'm only bringing her up because her and Katy are arguably the biggest popstars atm). When you have five #1 singles, you should be able to push millions of copies of your album. The fact that she's not doing that shows that people only care when it comes to her singles. When people with less #1s are selling millions more than you are, you know something is wrong. Just because someone is saying something that you don't agree with, doesn't mean they're a troll for **** sakes.

OMG, girl, you don't get it.
ALBUM SALES > SINGLE SALES. Katy can sell 8,000,000,000 singles, but if she's not pushing as many albums as her contemporaries, then she's not as musically successful as them. When you can get people to fork down $15 for a complete body of work as opposed to $1 for one song, you're doing something right.

Her tour, her fragrance, her UK love, her #1 single in the US, her number 1 single worldwide, her number 1 single in France for a flop (Mandown), more albums sold overall, 5.2M for Loud to like, 3.8M for Katy with LESS effort. Katy has done NOTHING this year except a number 1 single and cheap ass promo
