This is ****ing awful, I'm sorry, and I say this as someone who unabashedly likes their music. This is the kind of banal and lame music that I would expect to see come from a band that ripped off Coldplay's sound and took out all of the good qualities of that sound, not Coldplay themselves.
If this is the kind of music that we get to look forward to from Coldplay's new album, then count me out.
Coldplay has been removed!!! Such a shame and that's the end, they were top 20 and up up up and now what??? maybe MAX they will be top 20, all the boost now gone. stupid site.
It's a solid track, nothing amazing. I'll still be buying the alberm on the first day. They're going Gold first week in the U.S. and big number worldwide. I'm less worried about that and more worried about the sound. Hopefully they aren't taking the dance route.
I absolutely love Coldplay and have been a HUGE fan for years, but I really, really don't like this. It's so mediocre and weak compared to most of their stuff.
If this is even HALF as good as Viva la Vida I'm not sure I'll be able to handle it.
