Those were promo singles. They fell like a rock the following week.

TTWE is doing good on both itunes and radio. There's no need for the single to debut with high numbers and peak fast.

I prefer it NOT being at #1 for now, because it may peak too soon. Jive knows what they're doing, they know TTWE will mantain itself steady for the 3 following weeks until the promo starts, by then, since TTWE will have "normal" sales it will boost digitally + its airplay will be around 50M, so this means, more possibilities for a #1 in Hot 100 and a #1 in BB 200 at the same time.
At least that's how I see it. And apparently I'm not wrong, that is what Jive wants.

TTWE is rising well enough for what it is (though you can't say that "nobody knows about it" forever, it's been in the top 10 for several days now). If it continues to show this consistency it should peak in sales around the time it peaks on radio. I can't see this being less of a hit than Hold It Against Me. People here kept ******** on Jive for the "bungled release," but maybe they actually knew what they were doing this time.

Glee music doesn't seem to sell like it did before. Hopefully the show is pulling a "The OC"...

Nobody - aside from die-hard fans and obviously, haters, at online forums - even knew about the possibility of a 2nd single being released so soon and so suddenly. Then it was available and not visible for over a day. It's not about Britney's power when people don't and can't know the name of a song they also can't find to download.

But whatever, keep your "I love TTWE, it will be a smash, uh-huh, honey Bee" opinion and I'll keep mine.
