The Beyhive just says that to make themselves feel better about most Bey songs flopping miserably after 2009. If Bey really tried to sabotage her singles then she wouldn't have performed them at every big music event this year once the album came out (oh.. and the Super Bowl too).
These songs are available to buy on iTunes but the public (and radio) ain't interested. Maybe if Hold Up/Formation/Sorry were sitting top 10 on iTunes and radio for weeks could they use the no streaming excuse for their lack of success.
Meanwhile LOTB seems to be doing pretty well on iTunes/Radio/Streaming and I haven't seen any promo or video for it! Bey not caring is a cute excuse for a flop single.
