Of course his brother is cheating the **** off, but if he told anyone he would just DENY that and considering OP has no proof he would come off as the worst. He has no business in their relationship & should NOT judge anything. The most he can do is have a friendly talk with his brother and let him know he knows and tell him to be careful/work it out cos he could get his dick cut off by the mother. I don't think that's anything unmoral, considering it's not his business.
