I saw her at a festival in Budapest just over a week ago, she was late and was booed, people were chanting "Where the **** is RIhanna" and literally everyone I talked to agreed she had no energy, a bad attitude (not in a ****-you-I'm-a-rockstar way, in a boring, lazy way) and when she wasn't lip-syncing, couldn't sing for ****. It turned me into a low-key hater.
I'm not a hater so i did my research online and the general consensus is that she was heavy on the backing tracks, low energy and a lot of the audience left for other acts. I even checked with the local newspapers because the Daily Mail tend to over-exaggerate these kind of things
Comme quoi, on peut être une machine à tube, et ne rien valoir une fois sur scène dans une prestation live. Cela ne donne que plus de valeur aux artistes qui proposent à leur public un vrai concert live de qualité. Tout ce cinéma des divas de la pop est Ridicule. Le jour où plus personne ne paiera pour aller voir du playback, peut-être que les artistes comprendront qu'ils doivent donner un peu plus de leur personne pour espérer empocher le jackpot

Which just goes to show that we can be a top hits [can be translated as "top 40" but that's not its direct meaning] machine, and be worth nothing on stage in a live performance. It only gives more value to the artists who offer their audience a real, quality live performance. All of this pop diva cinema is ridiculous. When nobody will pay to go to see lipsynched performances anymore, maybe then the artists will understand that they have to give a little more of their person to hope to pocket the jackpot
