You know when you go to a website and you sign up for something, all the countries are listed in alphabetical order, but the US has to be the very first one? Just little things like that make my fave cringe like I ate a lemon.
That's because the biggest websites are US based and have most of their users from the US

Yes and I know that.. I just think that if EVERY other country is in alphabetical order then so should the US. Who CARES if they have the most traffic blah blah blah. It's almost like "we're number one". And I'll have to disagree with you to an extent. They're are SO many websites that are UD based, and yet they put the US near the bottom where it belongs in alphabetical order.
anyway, I feel as if the south of the USA is very rude
Honey no! Ever heard of Southern Hospitality! You'll be welcomed with open arms (unless you're not white, then you need to find the nearest black grandma)
Also, the Paris métro is really easy to learn. I find that tourists often don't take the time to actually learn. You shouldn't just come to another country without some research first.
I think most people in this thread who've said Paris are aware that Paris isn't a country, but it's not fair to lump the French in with Parisians. They're two completely different sorts of people.
From my experience I'd say France. I can get by with a little basique conversational French, but if you don't even try, that's when they will be rude. There is no way USA can figure as an answer here. I rocked up speaking with a British accent, and that sealed it, everyone was lovely.
