It's not about if she was injured or not. You DO NOT push your damn fans away like that, especially those who spent hours just to get a glimpse of your ass.

Gaga did spend time answering him. That's the difference, she didn't walk away while he was asking the questions. She answered ALL of the questions he asked her and then walked away.
She didn't push the mic away, she didn't push his hand away, she didn't walk away. She stood there and answered the questions. Two VERY different scenarios

Whereas rih didn't even acknowledge her own fan and instead she got physical and pushed her fan away.

In the video, you can tell Rih was just as "irritated" as Gaga is in this one. She wasn't in the mood to have a phone camera suddenly in her face with all the paparazzi around her. Why do you think she was hiding her face. Now i'm not going to claim what she did was necessarily right. She could've done things differently, like how Gaga could've done her immediate exit differently.
