She isn't proven in the Vegas market so they would probably start her at or around $400k to be safe. Yes, Beyonce does great World Tour numbers, but it takes a whole other salary-range and fandom to be devoted enough to fly to Vegas (versus just going to the local show).

I don't think that $60 million even includes the costs of shipping that stage around the world. When everything's deducted

Versus with Vegas, Caesars/PH front all the costs, pays the dancers/management, and Britney just has to show up for 1.5 hours and then go back to LA on a private jet they provide
