8-9 week days. And when i dont go out at night on the weekends its like 11 or 10. Some weeks ago i went to sleep at 2 am and woke up at 4 pm . And sometimes when i come back from the gym in the afternoon i sleep like 3 hours until dinner and on sundays i usually sleep in the afternoon as well after lunch because its my break day where i rarely go out or do anything at all
