Actually,I think this video was shot long time ago since Jessie J still had a broken leg,so this might be different from waht you have seen in JessieJVevo because that one was shot after Jessie's leg was healing and she can dance through the whole song.
Maybe they decided to re-shot it and not to release the first version which is in this video to the public as Jessie had to sit down through the whole song.
They should of combined the original with the new one and it would of been a perfect video. The original had some good scenes. Especially when she is rocking that frizzy hair.
