No to both. Jay-Z is still way too high on airplay. Unless GaGa sells about twice as much as ESOM, I highly doubt she'll get #1 next week. The following week still shows a good chance, but definitely not next week. Kelly's digital sales are still too low to go with her airplay for a top 10, but she'll go top 15 next week for sure. Probably #12 or #13.
