I'd like to borrow a good playlist for running.
@Whatevaaaaa
I don't think that peanut butter will suffice and it is very difficult to find one here. We're more of a Nutella country.
If you don't dislike Ellie Gouldings honestly this is perfect
You can find it on itunes(and...other... Places online)
It sees you through every phase of running and keeps you PUMPED!
If you are looking for a more traditional track by track playlist here's a sample of what I currently run too.
1. I Knew You Were Trouble
2. Pound the Alarm(I know, but this song just gets you so pumped)
3. I Don't Care
4. Don't Stop the Music(2ne1)
5. I'm Out(Ciara)
6. Stare Into the Sun(Graffiti 6)
7. Lay All Your Love on Me(ABBA)
8. Liquorice (Azealia Banks)
9. Deja Vu(Beyonce)
10. GlassHeart (Leona Lewis)
11. Made in the USA(Demi Lovato, this is another song that gets me turned onto another level for some reason )
When in lifting weights I prefer more chill, I'm the **** kind of music.
EX
1. I Am A God (Kanye West)
2. Nathan (Azealia Banks)
3. Keep On Looking (Ciara)
4. Forget (Lianne La Havas)
5. ...All(Miguel)
6.Phresh off the Runway(Rihanna)
7. Did It On Em(Nicki Minaj)
Yes, you would plan a workout routine with frequent cardio and some strength training. At the same time cut your calorie intake down a bit and/or start eating healthy, unprocessed foods.
But I mean, you really shouldn't start building until you've hit your target weight to start building off of. You can't accurately see how muscle gain will look on your body until you get your body fat percentage lower.
I'm already on a diet. My goal right now is to lose weight, so I think gaining muscle weight would be rly confusing. So you're right.
Is tennis good for weight loss? I hear it's wonderful/

YES, I play tennis with my sister a lot and its great for burning calories.
Just make sure you are actually moving the whole time and not ****ing around and just hitting the ball a few times

Yes, get that out of the way first. It can get very discouraging trying to lose weight and it appearing you're not getting anywhere due to muscle gain.
But still start a semi-regular strength training workout. Standard bodyweight strength training should be enough. Building muscle actually helps you burn fat faster. I just wouldn't suggest building yet.

You should try adding Azealia's Esta Noche to the 2nd playlist
I'm really picky about workout playlists. I'm making a remix playlist and I have a lot of critera:
Fast tempo
3 minutes/radio edits
no dubs
A decent breakdown
It has to be good
I'm not so picky as long as there is a good beat and it keeps me interested.
If I get tired of a song ill skip it.
I have never skipped I Knew You Were Trouble ever
I swear to god I've lived that song

I used to listen to Esta Noche when I worked out but now I don't really listen to Azealia as much.
Waiting for that album.
I forgot to add WORK.
I ****ing kick it into overdrive to that song.
Run Into th Light is still the ****! I always run listening to it
I wish Halcyon Remix album would've been released the same way... But I did put my favorite remixes together tho so it's almost the same.
