All of San Francisco is very gay.
But the truth is that most large cities in the US or (Western) Europe tend to have a thriving gay scene.
New York, Miami (south beach), L.A (weho), and Atlanta are highlights in the US.
Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, and London are highlights in Europe.

No. People in the club are usually some level of drunk so there's no time for that. The focus is on finding someone you like (and might want to take home), not pointing out flaws on the people who don't interest you.
