I might be wrong, but I think I've read somewhere that the creator of the show wants it to have 8 seasons total. And it most likely will, it still pulls decent numbers for USA.
It is like a cat trying to catch its tail at this point it just runs to nowhere It is sad that one of the three bearable characters also left the show and the writing was the pits.
^ Imagine if the writers had killed her off... like they first intended to. Thank God the network stepped in.

They need to wrap this show up now. This writing this season was so far fetched and unbelievable and with Jessica leaving the show it gives one less reason to watch.
Terrific mid-season finale, but so bittersweet. I hope she’ll pop up from time to time at least.
but the episode was amazing, I actually cried
