If she's on track to sell 2M physically and 3.6 million was distributed over countless stores, for example Walmart, Target, Amazon, independent stores etc, you run the risk of some of those main stores running out of stock.
I'm not saying that she'll sell all 3.6 million but that the amounts distributed to the stores might not be enough to cover their indiividual demands.
And it's not like Target will be able to take some stock from Walmart.
