At this time yes. Competition for the bottoms half of the Top 10 is weak right now. As of last week BTW, Grenade, Firework & FY were blocking everyone & that's probably not going to change this week. Lately a lot of songs have been peaking in sales way before airplay was finished gaining (Tonight, Rocketeer, Hey Baby, etc.), leaving some vacant spots.

Isn't there supposed to be a banner for Willow? I don't usually check the homepage of iTunes, is there a delay between the song's release and when a banner is put up? I got so excited to see a banner.

"21st Century Girl" is simply not as good as "Whip Yo Hair." Also, a lot of older people were won over by the camp factor of "Whip Yo Hair," which "21st Century Girl" is missing. It's not as infectiously fun and I don't see it smashing nearly as hard.
