Like UAE or some other Monster pointed out, Gaga's influences are Madonna, Springsteen, Whitney, Cher, Grace Jones and whoever else she decides to work with in the future.

BUT, she hasn't collaborated with any of the artists you mentioned here except Cher, and you're missing Queen, David Bowie, and a lot of others artists. The difference here is that Gaga isn't afraid to give credit where it's due.
