My High School's MORP dance (PROM backwards, EVERYONE can go to this and where wild clothes) influenced part of this countdown. The Entire Top 4 was played at the dance, and therefore, Carly, Nicki, and Calvin stay put while Rihanna closes in on Carly as Where Have You Been bolts 8 - 2 in it's 20th Week. My retirement rule does not apply to her (or We Found Love, Hit the Lights, Permanent December, and World Go Boom) because in order to retire, her song also has to be below #20 on the countdown. WHYB will continue to chart until it falls below #20 as are the other songs still in the Top 10 and Top 20 that have reached the 20th week.
Other songs influenced by the MORP dance are Birthday Cake, which rebounds 24 - 17, Brokenhearted which roars 39 - 28, and Titanium, which charges 17 - 12, as does Wild Ones, which goes 14 - 10.
Retiring songs are Disaster by JoJo, My Dilemma and Whiplash by Selena Gomez & The Scene, and Turn Me On by David Guetta and Nicki Minaj.
4 new songs will now debut on the next week. Which songs? You will have to find out!
Retired
1. JoJo - Disaster (20 Weeks/Peak: 4)
2. Selena Gomez & The Scene - My Dilemma (20 Weeks/Peak: 10)
3. David Guetta f. Nicki Minaj - Turn Me On (20 Weeks/Peak: 2)
4. Selena Gomez & The Scene - Whiplash (20 Weeks/Peak: 8)

With my graduation 4 days away, we see Carly snatch a 7th week at #1, while Where Have You Been is getting ready for IT'S turn at #1 (it's gonna happen). Wide Awake rebounds 5 - 3. We Found Love, thanks to it's airplay at the End of the Year Choir Banquet, rebounds 9 - 8. Somehow, it keeps getting saved. But, it will end it's reign soon.
Wish You Were Here, a song that I PERFORMED at that same choir banquet gets a HUGE boost, blasting 30 - 19. Right behind that song, World Go Boom by DJ Earworm is getting ready to retire as it slides 18 - 20.
This week is also the beginning for Let's Go, Eyes Open, Middle of Nowhere, and Call My Name.
Next week is gonna be huge for me personally, with graduation on Thursday. What will the countdown be like? Just find out next week!

Sorry hun, but Feel So Close has pretty much reached it's peak. I really just can't play it so much as I have with Call me Maybe, Wide Awake, and Where Have You Been.
It's time for Let's Go to shine.

And lastly, Kelly Clarkson's single, What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger) retires after spending time on the chart for 20 weeks. Since it was in the bottom half, it's retirement has come. It peaked at #9 during it's run.
