30. Die Young- Ke$ha- Peak: 1 [x3]
Here she is. Queen Ke$ha to the rescue!!!! This song is pure awesomeness! The music video is good and unfortunately she places at a lower place this year after she was #2 last year with "The Harold Song." The song is her last song in the Top 40.
2011: Criminal- Britney Spears
2010: Take It Off- Ke$ha

DRjuss06's BEST OF 2012
"THE END OF THE WORLD"
PT. 9
Wow Here we are, THE TOP 25!!!
The Top 25 songs are the most important songs of the chart so this is my most exciting part of this whole Year End List!!! Plus The Top 10 Artists of the Year are starting to come out to the party and we will continue revealing the Top 10 Albums of the Year.
Thank you for all your support, Let's Get It Started!!!!
THE TOP 25 SONGS OF THE YEAR (25-21)
25. Blow Me (One Last Kiss)- P!nk- Peak: 1 [x10]
One of my favorite songs released by P!nk and this one was the top winner of the year. The song is one of 24 songs to spend 10 or more days on top. The song is tho the lowest ranking of the songs that spent more than 10 days on top during the chart year. This is due to the fact that the song fell off the chart for some time and then came back to the #1 spot. The song is the highest by P!nk and the highest she's ever been on my chart.
2011: Lesson Learned- Alicia Keys feat. John Mayer
2010: I Like It- Enrique Iglesias feat. Pitbull
24. Army Of Me- Christina Aguilera- Peak: 1 [x13]
My favorite song from "Lotus." The song shoot up to the top of the chart after the release of the album. I am very pleased with the album and its one of my favorites. This song is one of two songs by Christina to place in The Top 25.
2011: S&M- Rihanna feat. Britney Spears
2010: No Curtain Call- Maroon 5
23. Talk That Talk- Rihanna feat. Jay-Z- Peak: 1 [x2]
When talking about survivors and song with longevity on my chart this song should come to mind. The song first peaked at #6 when the album was released and then again back in December & January. The song returned to the chart ending at #1 and with spending a great deal of time in the Top 5 the song lands in the ultimate Top 25. The song is the first of 4 songs by Rihanna in the Top 25, the most by any artist.
2011: Moves Like Jagger- Maroon 5 feat. Christina Aguilera
2010: Robot Love- Allison Iraheta
22. As Long As You Love Me- Justin Bieber feat. Big Sean- Peak: 5
So the Biebs does not have a #1 on my chart but who cares, he still makes the Top 25 without even hitting the Top 3. In fact along with another song in the Top 25 you guys will soon see, this is the first time a song that hasn't peaked at #3 had made the Top 25 in the 3 years that i have making this chart. Last year Foster The People's "Pumped Up Kicks" ended up at #18 with a #2 peak and Adele's "Set Fire To The Rain" placed at #10 with a now #1 peak of #2.
In fact the song only spent a day @ #5 but the time spent between 6-10 was enough to give this song such a high ranking. Unfortunately this is the last entry by Justin and Big Sean in that matter on my chart.
2011: Blow- Ke$ha
2010: Dopamina- Belinda
21. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together- Taylor Swift- Peak: 1 [x3]
Spending too much time in the #2 spot is not a bad thing, I've always said that. Last year before hitting #1, Lady Gaga's "Americano" spent 10 days @ #2 and although it did end up returning to the chart to complete a 7 day turn on top, the 10 days spent in the runner-up spot was enough to give the song a Top 15 ranking on the Year-end chart.
For Taylor and this song it is true. The song got stuck for 11 days behind John Mayer's "If I Ever Get Around To Living." The song eventually reached the top of the chart and it ended up as the highest ranking from "Red" on the chart. The song is great and the video is even better.
2011: Only Girl (In The World)- Rihanna
2010: Till The World Ends- Britney Spears feat. Ke$ha & Nicki Minaj
THE TOP 20 SONGS OF THE YEAR (20-16)
20. Diamonds- Rihanna- Peak: 1 [x6]
This song really is gem. The song is very different from the lead singles that Rihanna usually releases but it is right on point. The song is my favorite song from "Unapologetic" and this is a lot to say because the album is amazing. I love how she's trying to sing more now and it is working for me.
2011: Judas- Lady Gaga
2010: Fever- Adam Lambert
19. Heavy Metal Lover- Lady Gaga- Peak: 11
If you follow my chart you will not be surprised to see this song here but at the same time you might tho. This song has been in the 11-20 part of my chart since last April becoming probably the most constant song on my chart since Eminem's "Space Bound" which spent almost a year in the same position before returning to the top 10.
This song holds the distinction of being the ONLY song to ever make the Top 70 without even hitting the Top 10 of the daily chart. If you look at the two previous years, in 2010 only one song in the Top 100 did not reach the Top 10 and that was Adam Lambert's "If I Had You" (#17). In 2011, all of the songs in the Top 100 reached at least #10.
This song is one of my favorite songs from the album and it has been able to stay in the chart so long because i don't overplay it like the other songs in it. The song is one of two Lady Gaga songs to make the Top 25.
2011: All Of The Lights- Kanye West feat. Rihanna
2010: No Such Thing- John Mayer
18. Over You- Miranda Lambert- Peak: 1 [x3]
The first hit from this wonderful artist becomes her first #1 and the highest ranking Country song of the year. The song perched in the top 5 and outlasted her closest fr-enemy "Payphone" by Maroon 5, earning a place in the Top 25. The song is amazing and i feel like Miranda is very underrated. This is her one and only entry in the chart this year.
2011: Pumped Up Kicks- Foster The People
2010: California King Bed- Rihanna
17. Shadow Days- John Mayer- Peak: 1 [x5]
I love this song. This song makes the Top 20 this year because there wasn't any other song by him charting at the time it charted thus accumulating all of the plays. The song was not a strong first single but it is a very awesome song. It does take a little time to grow but when you listen to the lyrics you really learn to admire the awesomeness of the song.
This is one of 3 songs by King Mayer to make the Top 20.
2011: Space Bound- Eminem
2010: Monster- Lady Gaga
16. We Found Love- Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris- Peak: 1 [x11/2011]
This song had an amazing impact on my chart last year and this year is still lingers in the Top 20. The song was #8 last year. This is one of two songs by Calvin in the top 20 and Rihanna still has another song in the Top 20, i wonder which one and in what place????
2011: Promise- Romeo Santos feat. Usher
2010: Monster- Kanye West feat. Jay-Z, Rick Ross & Nicki Minaj
TOP ALBUMS OF THE YEAR (9-8)
9. 21- ADELE
This album was the #2 album of the year last year. The album placed very high for a good reason, it is a masterpiece. This year it places this high because one of its song happens to be in the top 5 of the songs chart for the year. 6 of the songs have hit #1 with 10 of them making the top 10.
2011: Take Care- Drake
2010: Doo-Wops & Hooligans
Key Tracks:
- Rumour Has It
- Set Fire To The Rain
- He Won't Go
- Rolling In The Deep
- Take It All
- Lovesong
- Someone Like You
8. TAKE CARE- DRAKE
Such an amazing album and I'm still upset that it didn't get a nomination for AOTY at the Grammys. Drake delivered a masterpiece and an album for everyone, with something for everyone. The album was #9 last year.
2011: Mylo Xyloto
2010: Rated R- Rihanna
Key Tracks:
- Take Care
- Crew Love
- Marvins Room
- Headlines
- HYFR
- We'll Be Fine
- Make Me Proud
TOP ARTISTS OF THE YEAR (10-8)
10. CALVIN HARRIS
Calvin has had a great year on my chart as I've learned to love his music. One of my favorite tracks of the year is "Sweet Nothing" while i also adore "Feel So Close." I hope he keeps on making amazing beats this upcoming year and maybe do another mayor hit song with Rihanna.
2011: Taylor Swift
2010: Usher
9. FUN.
When i first heard WAY i liked the song but did not love it but then OMG it hit me and it just got better and better. Now the song is one of my favorites and along with "Some Nights" it helps push Fun. to the Top 10 of the artist chart in their first appearance.
2011: John Mayer
2010: Enrique Iglesias
8. BELINDA
So I've been a fan of this for more than a decade now since i was a kid and I still love her. I am tho still mad at the fact that she did not release an album this year thanks to her stupid label. Belinda places in the top 10 of the artist chart with only one song in the Top 20 of the songs chart but what helps her is that she has the most recurrent album i played this year, her 2006 epic "Utopia." I love her and I know she will place way higher next year. She did not place last year but was #6 for 2010.
2011: Britney Spears
2010: Katy Perry

DRjuss06's BEST OF 2012
"THE END OF THE WORLD"
PT. 10
The 10th update of out Best of 2012 is here. We will reveal the songs that appear in the 15-11 position today, as well as the Albums and Artists in the 7-6 positions.
In the next update we will take a break and I'll reveal the Top Music Videos Of The Year!!!!! I'm going to have more than 30 videos, not sure how many but it will be more than 30, I'm still tweaking the list around.
Here we go people and hold on, this is the END OF THE WORLD!!!!
THE TOP 15 SONGS OF THE YEAR
(15-11)
15. Born And Raised- John Mayer- Peak: 1 [x4]
This song right here is probably one of the best King Mayer has ever written and along with another song that also places in the Top 15, they are the focal point of the album. The song stayed in the Top 15 for a long time and that gives the song its Top 15 standing. Like i just said this is one of two songs by the King to make the Top 15, he has another hit in the Top 10
2011: You And I- Lady Gaga
2010: Love The Way You Lie- Eminem feat. Rihanna
14. Some Nights- Fun.- Peak: 1 [x4]
I did not like this song when it first came out but little by little it won me over. The same thing happened in the chart. The song kept on going up and down but it was there and it ended up being one of the biggest hits of the year. The group has another song but this one places in the Top 10 so be on the lookout!!!!! Along with John Mayer, Rihanna and Lana Del Rey, they are the only acts with 2 songs in the Top 15.
2011: Americano- Lady Gaga
2010: What's My Name?- Rihanna feat. Drake
13. Take Care- Drake feat. Rihanna- Peak: 1 [x7]
This song took my chart by storm. The song first peaked @ #3 last year with the release of the album and it stayed in the chart for a couple of months to then drop out. The song then Re-entered the chart @ #1 becoming just the 3rd song to do so in my chart EVER. The song is awesome and it becomes the highest charting song by Drake as a lead artist on my Best Of after he placed at #62 last year with this same song. The highest he's ever placed is #9 back in 2010 but as a featured artist on Alicia Keys' "Un-Thinkable (Remix)." This the last song by Drake to place in the Year End Chart but Rihanna has one other
2011: Someone Like You- Adele
2010: Whip My Hair- Willow
12. En El Amor Hay Que Perdonar- Belinda- Peak: 1 [x11]
The highest ranking Latin/Spanish song of the year. This song is amazing, a little different than what she's used to doing but down right amazing. Belinda is one of those artists that loves to experiment with different types of sounds and thats awesome. For Belinda this is the 2nd of the last 3 years in which she scores the highest ranking Latin song but unfortunately for the 2nd year in a row a Latin song has failed to make the Top 10 of the chart. Her own "Egoista" feat. Pitbull was #4 in 2010. Well there's always next year. This is the last song by Beli to place in the chart.
2011: See No More- Joe Jonas
2010: Heartbreak Warfare- John Mayer
11. National Anthem- Lana Del Rey- Peak: 1 [x4]
One of my favorite songs from the album, this song almost makes the Top 10. The song spent a great amount of time stuck at #2 behind her own "Blue Jeans" but in the end this song outlasted it. I mean you cannot compare the 16 days @ #1 of BJ but this song tried its best and after being between 6-15 in the chart for a couple of months, almost six to be exact, it finally reached the top spot.
With this song failing to make it into the Top 10, this year NO ARTIST makes the Top 10 TWICE, meaning that every single artist in the Top 10 has only one song in it.
2011: Haunted- Taylor Swift
2010: Grenade- Bruno Mars
TOP ALBUMS OF THE YEAR (7-6)
7. SOME NIGHTS- FUN.
This album is really good. When i first listened to it i did not love it but now i do. I really do hope they win at least one of their Grammys in February because this album deserves some justice. The album is it without a doubt a home of certain mistakes but it is still awesome!!!!!
2011: 4- Beyonce
2010: Teenage Dream- Katy Perry
Key Tracks:
- Some Nights
- We Are Young feat. Janelle Monae
- Some Nights (Intro)
- Carry On
- All Alone
6. CEREMONIALS- FLORENCE + THE MACHINE
This album is the ****, is amazing, groundbreaking, the lyrics are awesome and Florence's singing is out of this world. I went to her concert back in September and that right there made into a lover.
2011: Speak Now- Taylor Swift
2010: Speak Now- Taylor Swift
Key Tracks:
- Spectrum
- Leave My Body
- No Light, No Light
- Shake It Out
- Heartlines
- Never Let Me Go
- Lover To Lover
- What The Water Gave Me
TOP ARTISTS OF THE YEAR (7-6)
7. LADY GAGA
The #1 Artist of last year falls to #7 this year. Gaga falls hard even tho she places 2 songs in the Top 20 and one in The Top 10. This is not bad tho. The Artist Year-End chart is compiled along with the album chart and BTW placed at #10, lower than the other artists above him, except for one. In the 12 months counted for the chart, Gaga only had two songs hit #1, the megahit "Marry The Night" which spent 36 days on top, becoming at the time the Longest song to achieve that and later on with "Bloody Mary."
I love Gaga she's awesome and i really hope she delivers another amazing album like The Fame Monster and Born This Way. She was #1 last year and #3 in 2010.
2011: Bruno Mars
2010: Bruno Mars
6. CHRISTINA AGUILERA
The Queen enters the Top 10 for the first time in one of my year end charts. Christina had a great year in my chart. She placed 2 songs in the Top 25 with one in the Top 10 but unlike Gaga who places one step lower, her album Lotus has a place in The Top 5, i know i know sorry for spoiling the Top 5 for you but if you follow my chart you already knew.
I really hate the fact that the General public is not here for her music anymore because it is amazing and the Queen is one of the best singers out there. So Legend X please have a successful 2013 so that people don't talk **** about you.
2011: Ke$ha
2010: Belinda
SO I WILL SEE YOU NEXT GUYS, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!!!!!!!
