Yes, they did. It's not a re-release by the way. It's a "2013 deluxe edition".

If you search for The Sasha Fierce one, it's listed as a "2009 deluxe edition".

Actually, I'm kind of glad they did this.

Since they released the album, the bonus tracks were really important, and re-arranging the tracklist makes the album flow better.
