From what I'm reading I can only assume something like: they had conversations about future plans for sure in my opinion, during this conversations Camila may have or may have not implied that she wanted to go solo as soon as possible...they just didn't know she was doing it out of the blue, I think it was just "conversations", nothing concrete! That's why, I suppose, they made such a statement, 'cause even tho they knew her intentions, they didn't knew she was about to do it that way!

This is so over dramatic. It was clear she wasn't enjoying being in a group. It's her career and if she wants to go solo then she's entitled to be able to do that. The girls are fine with that, like someone has said: unless we are one of the girls we don't know the friendship status in the group.

Fifth Harmony are still there, and if you were a true fan, stop whining and be excited for new music. Also, it's clear the girls didn't write that message, their management write all their posts on the 5H Twitter.

Normani also has famous friends of her own. Back when they were still small and Demi took a liking to Camila, she'd talk about that all the time and nobody was "pressed" either.
