She would have presented it if she had any, and while the reports don't give any details on what she presented, it's safe to assume that whatever evidence she might have presented obviously wasn't enough to prove what she was accusing Luke of, otherwise the trial would have ended differently.

The judge calling Kesha "unreasonable" because she didn't accept a deal that would protect her rapist's reputation by making herself look like a liar is sickening.

If anything was unreasonable, it was the terms of that deal in the first place.

I've been really depressed lately about things in general...this just made things waaaaay worse.

I hope she can get justice somehow someday. There is not one bit of me that believes she may be lying. She risked EVERYTHING. Nobody does that for a "more lucrative deal". She KNEW this may have been the final outcome, but she STILL fought because the situation was killing her.

I really understand why many people have a hard time believing her allegations, but you're all very wrong. You have all been fooled by a bunch of evil people with the POWER to FOOL you all and who will do anything to help themselves, even if it means ruining a persons life. Sony did this to save their MONEY. If Kesha was the bigger bread maker, we would be seeing them defending Kesha hard and this whole case would have ended long ago.

I don't need any judge to tell me anything. I KNOW Kesha did what she did because it was NECESSARY. She risked it ALL and now she's lost it ALL.

in a significant victory for luke and his label kemosabe records, a subsidiary of sony music entertainment, new york supreme court justice shirley kornreich has thrown out kesha’s claims that luke violated hate crime laws by physically, sexually, and verbally abusing her.

Such claims need to have specific evidence of physical violence or property damage, wrote kornreich, and kesha’s allegations of insults and verbal abuse don’t qualify. “insults about her value as an artist, her looks, and her weight are insufficient to constitute extreme, outrageous conduct intolerable in civilized society,” wrote kornreich.

As for her claim that luke raped her in 2008, the incident allegedly happened too long ago — there’s a five-year statute of limitations that prevents legal action from being taken now. “the claim is time-barred,” ruled the judge.

She also dismissed the idea that a proven sexual assault would necessarily break hate crime laws. “every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime,” she wrote.

One counterclaim still remains on the table: If the judge agrees that kesha’s contract was voided when dr. Luke sued her for breach of contract in 2014, she may still have a chance at getting out of her deal. But the allegations of abuse have been dismissed without the possibility to amend them.

That would still be good. Its not the way she intended it to happen but at least she still has the chance to be FREE.
What people fail to understand is that all she was after was FREEDOM. Not more money,not a better record deal. Just to be completely FREE from Dr. Luke.
