Now, they release a new product just to keep up with other companies, to sell more, look cool and also they release it if it's just one little new feature. That is just greedy of them in my opinion. Releasing a new product every six months does not make them innivative in any way,

You must not know Steve very well or the released at Apple under him.
iPhone 3GS? MobileMe? The iPhone 3G upgrade from the first iPhone? None of the iPhones had hugely innovative hardware upgrades. All of the iPhones also had yearly upgrades. You'd be hard pressed to find a company that innovates and puts out this huge device that changes the whole market every year. Not how the market works. The iPod's new sizes and functionalities were probably the biggest changes Steve did yearly (iPod nano, shuffle, video). If Tim had just put a plastic back on the iPhone and added 4G, y'all would've burnt him at the stake but that essentially what the iPhone 3G upgrade was. Obviously nothing's wrong with the iPhone hardware as of now. It's still probably the best looking phone there is now. They just have to fix hardware which Jonny Ive is doing now as he took Scott Forstall's place.
Steve was able to change the market 3 times with 3 devices. The iPad, iPhone, and the iPod. He set his eyes on the TV market + the textbook market before he died but unfortunately, he never got to the TV market before he died.
