Hong Kong People are racist there. If you were a tourist and would ask where the directions are they would just look at you blankly and ignore you. Also, we were fooled by the tour package. They take you to places where they sell fakes. The place was kind of nice but the people living there are not.

My city, Rio de Janeiro is f*****g overrated principally among international people. The city has a poor mass transportation, everything here is expensive (the most expensive city in Brazil), chaotic transit and a lot of poverty principally in the suburbs.

Y'all calling Toronto overrated You losers probably stayed along Yonge Street the whole time, and did the lame tourist attractions like CN Tower, Aquarium, and the Eaton Centre. You need to hop on the streetcar and explore the cultural neighbourhoods, west/east ends, Toronto Islands. Thats the only way to enjoy Toronto.

People come here and say there's nothing to do so much, little do they realize to enjoy Toronto you almost have to act like you live there. Do the same things people who live here do, go biking, go out to cafes, go to specialty bars, etc. Don't go to these damn tourist traps.

Underrated: Detroit, people can't ever seem to look past the current state of it, but it is really a beautiful city.

Detroit is the most underrated city in all of America. Period. So much culture. The Eastern Market is one of the best markets in the entire world, and for those interested in the MoTown days of Detroit, there are so many great museums and stop.s Mexicantown in Detroit also has some of the best Mexican food I've had. Campus Martius Square has great skating in the winter. Midtown is such hipster paradise with so many great local bars. Lets not forget the amazing architecture
