They said they got numbers directly from venues and then drew estimations from that, which is not bad. Billboard just publishes what the promoter gives them without any sort of justification. When it comes to Pollstar all the numbers must be turned in with every breakdown hence why they had Bey's date wrong and didn't even know it, usually when labels refuse to cooperate, it means some -not all- data are bad. I think where BB got it wrong was her US leg, I think the 1M per date average was wrong.

2.4 million is the average per city. Which is quite normal since she had more than one show in some cities.
