Its still possible. Iirc Gaga and Kesha originally planned to do a re-release, but at last minute they turned it into an EP.

Gaga planned to do EP months before it was released though. Ditto with Ke$ha. Not a month before the release.
I'm hoping that a rerelease means a new album in the fall.
