Because pop music is a visual thing. I don't want another era where she just releases bad music for touring.
I'd like to hear her on the radio and see her actually make an effort to get her music out there. Also I love live performances and interviews.
If she's not bothering to promote, then chances are she doesn't care about what she's putting out and that's off-putting to me.
